Bio

I am a Polish, Berlin-based artist, researcher and 3D designer. My work is an exploration of visual storytelling, and involves animation, film, writing and model-making.

My architectural education helped me build a knowledge of spatio-temporal tools, which I now apply to different domains. In my role as a researcher, I use visual storytelling to draw attention to systemic violence and human-rights abuses. My art practice relies on speculative fictions and allegory to explore connections between aesthetics, law, politics, feminism, systemic and environmental violence.

I have worked with Forensic Architecture, Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch, among other NGO's. My co-established research group Border Emergency Collective investigates and documents stories of people at the Polish-Belarusian border.

In 2018 I was awarded residency at the Bauhaus Dessau Foundation and am a selected fellow artist for the upcoming residency at Akademie Schloss Solitude in 2024. My work has been shown at the Warsaw Biennale, Kinema ICON in Bucharest, Haus Gropius in Dessau and deTour Festival in Hong Kong, among others.
